Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for one of the leading pediatric healthcare providers dedicated to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care to children and families.. The LPN will work closely with pediatricians, nurses, and medical staff to provide excellent patient care, administer treatments, and support the overall functions of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pediatricians with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures.

• Administer medications and vaccines as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.

• Provide patient and family education on treatments, medications, and home care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).

• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety protocols.

• Assist in triaging patient calls and coordinating follow-up care.

• Support a positive and collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in VA.

• Previous pediatric or clinical experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting.

• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
