Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Northern Virginia

Location: Northern Virginia (Multiple Locations Available)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / PRN
Salary: $18 – $25 per hour (Based on experience, facility type, and shift differentials)

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team in Northern Virginia. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting nurses and medical staff, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, and long-term care centers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.

• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.

• Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and ambulation.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

• Follow infection control and safety procedures.

• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Virginia.

• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred).

• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience in a healthcare setting (preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
