Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for one of the leading OBGYN practice in Virginia Beach dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality women’s healthcare.. The LPN will play a crucial role in assisting our providers with patient care, clinical procedures, and overall office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with examinations and procedures.

• Obtain and record patient vital signs, medical history, and symptoms.

• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.

• Educate patients on prenatal care, birth control, and other women’s health topics.

• Perform phlebotomy, lab tests, and specimen collection as needed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health system (EHR).

• Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and exam rooms.

• Provide compassionate support to patients throughout their visits.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Virginia (required).

• Previous experience in an OBGYN or women’s health setting preferred.

• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, medications, and patient care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
