Your Role as a CNA:

✔ Provide personalized care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
✔ Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
✔ Monitor and record vital signs & changes in condition
✔ Build meaningful connections with residents and families
✔ Work alongside nurses & healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Active CNA License in Virginia
✔ CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
✔ Strong communication & teamwork skills
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
